Do you do tours?
We do not provide guided tours but we provide you with a list of routes you can follow. We are available for any questions to help curate your route.

Can I pick up from you?
Yes, we are available for pick-ups. We have plenty of parking available. Please schedule ahead and we will have your e-bike ready for you.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we deliver within a 6 mile radius from 33605 Madera de Playa, Temecula.

How far are you from the Temecula wineries?
We are within a mile of several wineries

Can an E-bike ride be given as a gift?
What a great idea! You will make someone very happy! Please call or email us and we can assist you with issuing a gift card.

Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change prior to 48 hours of your reservation, no problem! Your reservation can be rescheduled, subject to availability, or we can issue you a refund (excluding 5% transaction fee)
If your reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time of your reservation, the cancellation fee is $25 per e-bike per rental day.
Reservations made within 48 hours of a scheduled event are final and cannot be changed. No-shows and non-cancelled rentals will be charged for the reservation in full.

Rainy day policy: If it rains the morning of your rental, call or email us if you want to cancel. We will issue you a refund (excluding 5% transaction fee)
Please note that all requests for cancellations must be received via email or phone and confirmed by Temecula Wine Country e-Bikes via email.

Do you rent e-bikes to children?
The minimum age is 18 and we do require you to have a driver’s license.

I have never been on an e-bike. Are e-Bikes easy to ride?
If you can ride a regular bicycle you will find an e-bike easy to ride. An e-bike has a motor with several levels of assistance to help you pedal easier. Our e-bikes also has a throttle that propels the bike forward without you having to pedal at all. Our e-bikes are equipped with a 750 Watt motor which makes it easy to go uphill so you can relax and have fun. We provide you with instructions on how to operate the e-bike and are available for questions. We suggest you stay on a quiet road until you feel comfortable on the e-bike before you venture to busier roads. Please follow traffic laws and be safe.

Do you rent e-bikes by the hour?
Full day rentals (9am to 6pm) can be scheduled on our website. For any other requests please email us at ebikerentals@uyswines.com or call us at 951 514 9826. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I book my e-bike online?
Yes, our rental process is fully automated. You can reserve your e-bike and pay online.
To reserve an e-bike on the day of rental you will need to contact us for assistance.

Are helmets required?
We provide helmets to all our clients and advise you to wear them for your protection.

Can we sign the waivers before we arrive?
Yes, we will email you the waiver with your booking confirmation.

What happens if I have a flat tire?
We take all precautions to prevent flat tires. Please call us for any breakdown so we can get you back on the road again.

What should I do if I’m in an accident?
Promptly report the accident to the police. Please notify us when safe to do so.

What is your privacy policy:
We use your info solely for the purpose of the rental transaction.
When you rent an ebike and pay by credit card your email will be required. You agree and consent to receive email messages and newsletters from us with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

I have a knee and/or hip injury. Will I be able to ride your e-bikes?
All our e-bikes are step-thru which makes it easy to get on and off. We have different sizes for you to choose from to ensure you have a comfortable ride. With the pedal assist and throttle functions you have the option to pedal very little or not at all and still keep up with your group. We are available if you have any questions.

I like Italian style wines. Which wineries do you suggest we visit?
There are several wineries in Temecula Wine Country that specialize in Italian wines. We supply our clients with a list of recommended wineries. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us. We are winemakers with extensive knowledge of the Temecula wine country.
