Join our winemaker on a tour of our vineyard and winemaking facility. Our vineyard is around the corner from the first vineyard planted in Temecula 50 years ago. We explain why we planted specific varietals and show the different ways vines are trellised. We show you the basics of winemaking and the equipment we use. You will experience the process from grape to glass.
This is an interactive tour. While we are getting to know you, you get the chance to ask all those questions you’ve always wanted to. You will leave with a much better understanding of the basics of wine and be ready to take on wine tasting with a new sense of knowledge about the art of winemaking.

Make your own wine, with our expert assistance!
A garagiste is a French term to describe independent, artisan winemakers crafting small batches of wine. These wines are crafted by experienced winemakers who are calling all the shots and putting their hearts and souls into each bottle made. Essentially everything from start to finish is a labor of love.
Join us right from the start as we harvest and process the grapes. You will get regular updates on how the wine is progressing and have the opportunity to evaluate the wine halfway through the process. It will all culminate in the bottling of the wine and the opportunity to put your own label on your bottle to show off to your friends and family, or maybe it will be so good that you want to keep it all for yourself. This truly is a one of a kind experience

If you are interested to go solo and make your own batch of wine we can provide you with a kit of fresh local juice and all the instructions and equipment to make 5 gallons of red wine, with our backup and expertise. Let us help you become a true garagiste!

WINE EDUCATION WORKSHOPS
Become an educated wine consumer
Our goal is to share our knowledge of wine. We will host small groups with an emphasis on wine education. Sign up to our e-mail list and become part of the conversation. Our subscribers will be able to provide input on what they would like to learn. Some people might even like to host a private workshop? We will work with you.
The plan is to host workshops throughout the year. We will kick off with an opportunity to learn the how and why of blending wine. A FUN experience!
